Love Your Body, The Body Shop? Not So Much.

Letter I just sent to The Body Shop:

Shopping yesterday at Valley Fair/ San Jose and shopgirl told me my LYB card had expired in April, "when I got my 8 points." I thought I originally got the new-style card in October and as such usually renew it at that time each year.

Am I mistaken? She was not very helpful in explaining what had happened & charged me $10 for a renewal. I can't see how to look at the history of my points on-line, either.
